In addition to selling directly from the factory, we also have a number of dealers who sell and support Zilla controllers.
When choosing where to purchase your items, please keep in mind that the most important dealer service provided is tech support. Whom are you going to contact when you need help? Most dealers will provide some sort of telephone based tech support. Here at Cafe Electric we only provide email based tech support to our direct customers. Arguably we also have the best knowledge of the Zilla product line. We generally reply to emails very quickly, often replying to emails after hours and on weekends. If you happen to catch us when the primary techie is out of town, there can be some delay in responding. The knowledge and response time vary between dealers and that should be a consideration when choosing your supplier.
Purchasing from Cafe Electric llc is not a good option if you need to use the telephone to buy products or get support. In that case you will want to contact a dealer who uses a telephone. Authorized dealers are listed below.
